Daily Makeup Routine

Hi everyone! Today i am going to talk about my Daily Makeup Routine. I got asked quite a lot on my ask.fm about what makeups that I use for daily. My daily makeup is quite simple, because I'm always running late for college :p and  it's too high maintenance for daily and time consuming :(

The most important thing in my everyday makeup (in my opinion) is looking healthy and radiant! :D I know I have so many imperfection, but i don't think it is necessary to always cover it up with makeups. It makes you look more "Human" and it's okay to have spots, acnes, dark circle, etc. 
I hate wearing mascara on daily bases, because i tend to rub my eyes (bad habit! i know)

So....... *drumroll* *drumroll*
This is my everyday makeup routine! 

Clarins UV PLUS, Guerlain Meteorites, Shu Uemura Hard Formula Brow Pencil,  Gimme Brow, Benetint, Dear Daling Tint

I'm going to break it down step by step.... 

Clarins UV PLUS

What it looks like

First, I grab my all-time favorite Clarins UV Plus with SPF 40, I really love this sunscreen because it makes my skin looks very glowing and brighter also it provides me with high SPF which is a nice thing for college.

Second, I use my Guerlain Meteorites to set my sunscreen. I love using Guerlain because it makes your skin looks so healthy, glowing, radiant and many more! Guerlain definitely one of the most crucial makeup item that I need.

Benefit Gimme Brow in Medium/Deep

Next is brow time! After I finished my base makeup, I comb my brows with a spooly brush and start redefining my brows. It's actually very simple because I already have a nice shape thanks to Browhaus. I'm currently loving this Shu Uemura Hard Formula Eyebrow Pencil. After that, brush it again with spooly brush to blend. The last step is using a tinted brow wax or gel to set everything in place. My favorite tinted brow wax is Gimme Brow by Benefit. It makes my brow looks fuller (it's full with fiber) and stay in shape for all day! :)

Next stop is cheeks! My secret for radiant looking cheeks is Benetint! You can't barely see or tell if someone using Benetint on their cheeks because it looks very natural, and it stays on your cheeks for all day long! :D It's not sticky at all. Be careful it dries out fast, so after you put 2 or 3 dots on your cheek, you need to quickly blend it.

Dear Darling Lip Tint in Real Red 02 by Etude House

Last one is lips! I love lip tint for daily use. You can also use Benetint for your lips too, but in my opinion and personal experience it's a bit drying. In the other hand, Dear Darling Lip Tint from Etude House has a gel texture so it won't dry your lips :D The staying power of this lip tint isn't that great, so you will need to re-apply several times between 2 or 3 hours :)

Current Base Makeup

I think it's best to start with the base makeup. In my opinion the key ingredient for the perfect full-face makeup is the skin! The better your skin looks like (eventho we need to cheat a bit with foundation ofc! :p), the less makeup you'll need.

But first, I do this routine just when I want to go out or when I need them. I personally do not recommend to use this base makeup everyday. Let your skin breath! :)

So, without further do! This is my current base makeup.

1. Tarte Clean Slate Poreless Primer
2. Marc Jacobs Remedy Concealer Pen - 3 Up All Night
3. Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage Airbrush Foundation - Fair-Light Neutral
4. Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzer
5.  Guerlain Meteorites Perles - 01 Teint Rose (mine is from their LE last year, fyi)

Here are the brushes that i use

I'm using Mineral Powder Brush by Sephora. It's dense and perfect for applying this foundation.

For Bronzer, i recommend using angled brush. It makes your life easier, trust me! ;) Mine is from Etude House, i bought it long time ago. It's still doing the trick, but i know i need to buy a new one hahaha! So, please comment down below. Tell me your favorite brush for Bronzer!


Last one, for the finishing touch. I use my Masami Shouko 06 Tapered Face Brush to apply my gorgeous Guerlain Meteorites. I love to use this brush because it's tapered, so it's easier to apply for eyes & nose area.
